I love texting.  Not quite as much as my teenagers but pretty close.  I don’t have to worry about wasting anyone’s time – the message gets delivered whether they can answer the phone or not and I am not sitting on the phone listening to the rings and then going through the voicemail process.  For quick little messages texting is great.

But for some reason people have decided that they can text and drive.  This is just a bad idea.  If you still think it is harmless to just check a text message or type in a quick reply then you need to watch Seven Pounds with Will Smith.
