Changing up a lifestyle can be a challenge. Deciding to do pushups instead of curling up in a warm blanket and reading a book takes support.
I am thrilled to be part of the #iHeartOmron #Mamavation Fitness Challenge because on these snowy days of January curling up with a good book is sounding pretty awesome. Instead, I have been playing a little more wii and adding an organized workout to my day.
The past two weeks have had their unique challenges but I was getting into the groove of the lower body / upper body / whole body workouts. They were definitely working because there were days that my entire body ached from those workouts.
As I stepped on the scale this morning I was thrilled to find that I had lost a little more weight this last week - even though it really was a week that should have been on the plus side for me. Seeing the number on the scale go down had me pumped up! Alright Alright Alright (giving myself a high five) Lets DO this!
Then I opened the document for the workout schedule for this next two weeks. This is what I saw:
BURN IT
BUILD IT

BURN IT?
OUCH.
Feeling a little more timid about the next two weeks than I was just a few short minutes ago but I have a good support group at Mamavation and videos to watch for every exercise so I know I'm doing them right.
